Philip is a dual-qualified commercial lawyer (Ireland, England and Wales) with significant experience working both in house and in private practice. He is the owner and founder of PF Legal. Since establishing the practice in 2019, Philip has acted for some of the world’s largest companies, in both an ad-hoc advisory and consultancy capacity. Following four years as Sole Legal Counsel at Volkswagen Group and Volkswagen Financial Services, Philip has broadened the practice to focus on the financial services, technology and consumer products sectors, working with companies ranging from SMEs to the largest multi-nationals.
